The ideal candidate must have proven experience in fit-out works, façade systems, and landscape architecture, and be capable of overseeing both the design and execution phases of the project.

Verifying the compliance of fit-out, façade, and landscape designs with technical requirements and project specifications
• Reviewing architectural drawings and shop drawings submitted by subcontractors
• Conducting on-site inspections and monitoring the quality of architectural works
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory documents and technical specifications
• Managing and documenting architectural changes during the implementation of the project
• Reviewing as-built documentation and design revisions
• Participating in technical meetings and ensuring interdisciplinary coordination
